In Rivas the fee for payments & paperwork is C$60. It is a flat fee for the service: it does not move with the value of what you buy, and anything we purchase for you is paid separately on delivery.
How long does payments & paperwork take?
In Rivas the usual window is 20 to 35 minutes from the moment we confirm. If there is a queue at the pickup point or traffic is heavy, we tell you on WhatsApp before the window passes, not after.
How do I pay?
You pay on delivery, in cash or by transfer. We send the total on WhatsApp before the rider leaves, so you know what to have ready. If the errand includes a purchase, we send you a photo of the receipt.
