Order on WhatsApp

For business

You cook. We deliver.

We plug into your operation with no commission on sales: you pay a fee per delivery and the rest of the bill stays yours.

No cut of your sale

A fee per delivery, not a percentage

A C$500 dish and a C$150 dish cost the same to deliver. A percentage punishes exactly what sells best.

Your customer stays yours

Orders arrive under your name, your menu and your prices. We do not put ourselves in between.

Loyalty included

Every order credits Premia points to the customer, with nothing for your team to do.

Not selling food?

Pharmacies, groceries, liquor stores and shops use the same system. And if what you need is to send things, parcels and cargo are quoted separately.

Common questions

What do you charge me per sale?

Nothing on the sale. We charge a fee per delivery, the same for a C$150 dish as for a C$500 one. The percentage other platforms charge takes exactly the margin on your most expensive dishes.

Do I have to change my system or buy a tablet?

No. Orders arrive on a kitchen screen in any browser, and if you would rather keep receiving them on WhatsApp that works too. We do not touch your till or your point of sale.

Who answers when an order goes wrong?

We do. The order comes through our official number and our dispatch follows it to the door. If the rider made the mistake we fix it; if it came from the kitchen, you hear from us first.
